Topaz 25 Tablet is a medication primarily used to treat epilepsy (seizures), prevent migraines, and manage Lennox-Gastaut syndrome, a rare form of epilepsy. It works by reducing nerve excitability in the brain, helping control seizures and preventing migraine attacks. Topaz 25 can be taken with or without food, preferably at the same time every day. If a dose is missed, take it as soon as possible. Do not stop the medication suddenly as it may lead to increased seizure frequency. Your doctor may recommend regular monitoring of serum bicarbonate levels during treatment.

Usage
- Indication:
