Usage

• How to Apply:
  • Wash hands before application.
  • Take a small amount of paste on a clean fingertip or cotton swab.
  • Apply a thin layer directly to the affected area without rubbing.
  • Allow the paste to form a protective film over the ulcer or sore.
• Frequency of Use:
  • Apply 2 to 3 times daily or as directed by your doctor.
• Post-Application Care:
  • Avoid eating, drinking, or rinsing the mouth for at least 30 minutes after application.
  • Do not swallow the paste.
• Duration of Treatment:
  • Use for the prescribed duration.
  • If symptoms persist beyond 7 days, consult a doctor.

Precautions

• Allergic Reactions: Discontinue use and consult your doctor if you experience irritation, discomfort, or signs of an allergic reaction after application.
• Infections: Inform your doctor if you have any bacterial, fungal, or viral infections in the mouth or throat before using this medication.

• Avoid Long-Term Use: Do not use Kenacort 0.1% Oral Paste for prolonged periods without medical supervision, as it may lead to unwanted side effects.
