Ibruxen 140mg Capsule contains Ibrutinib, a targeted kinase inhibitor used in the treatment of various blood cancers. It is prescribed for adults with Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL) post at least one prior therapy, Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL), Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma (SLL) including those with 17p deletion, Waldenström’s Macroglobulinemia (WM), and Marginal Zone Lymphoma (MZL) requiring systemic therapy. Ibruxen 140mg works by blocking Bruton’s tyrosine kinase, a protein essential for cancer cell survival and growth. Continued usage is often guided by clinical outcomes and ongoing monitoring.
