HCQS 400mg Tablet is an anti-inflammatory drug used to treat rheumatoid arthritis, systemic and discoid lupus erythematosus, type 2 diabetes, dyslipidaemia, and malaria. It contains Hydroxychloroquine, which helps improve insulin sensitivity, reduces inflammation, and suppresses immune responses. In malaria, it increases toxic compounds in parasites, leading to their destruction. HCQS 400mg is also effective in managing polymorphous light eruption (a rash caused by sun exposure).
